Today the crew welcomed Cooper from way out West! But this time, we got a Cali transplant that’s a horse!

Cooper belongs to the Hulmes’ daughter, Sophie, and for those of you who don’t know who the Hulmes are, they own Principia stables which is where Havarah calls home!

Two Irish Sport Horse mares now occupy the majority of Sophie’s time back in California, so Cooper has traveled coast to coast to hang with us at Principia.

“Coup de Ville” was Sophie’s main man from 2008 through 2009 and he took her beginner novice and novice.

He just arrived today and is a) wondering “why is it so cold?” and b) why was that such a long trailer ride? Needless to say Coup will be chilling for a while as he traveled probably about 3,000 miles this past week.

Other than this new addition, we at Havarah are just gearing up for the holidays and excited for the Hulmes’ arrival this weekend! We always love having them around and they will be here for Christmas and through the new year.

So happy holidays everyone!

P.S. Molly is really excited for her first Christmas tree – it has yet to be decorated but it’s glorious.
